Delete Your ReelPrompt Account

Fastest way — delete in the app

1. Open ReelPrompt on your device.
2. Tap your avatar to open Profile.
3. Scroll to the Account section.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Type delete my account to confirm.

Don't have the app installed?

Email support@reelpromptvideo.com from the address associated with your account. Include the word "delete" in the subject line. We'll respond within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days of your request.

What gets deleted

• All generated videos.
• All prompt history.
• All uploaded reference images.
• Face detection data.
• Analytics identifiers tied to your account.

What may be retained

Tax and legal transaction records may be retained in anonymized form as required by law. Anonymized, aggregated usage data may be retained for product analytics. Nothing retained can be used to personally identify you.
